We are very glad to share the news that Morten Lindholst has joined IM TruePoint as Director. Morten will work with IM TruePoint through his recently started Spanish management consultant entity ChangeAhead.

Morten is dedicated to helping leaders, teams, and organizations create lasting high performance through a focus on organizational culture, behaviors, and capability development.

Building on more than 25 years of international experience and having served in a wide range of positions — from Service Technician to CEO — Morten has strong expertise in coaching, advising, and facilitating team and organizational development across multiple cultures.
